1 Nicholas S. Cole appeals from a post-conviction order summarily denying his plea withdrawal motion. The issue is whether Coles guilty pleas were invalid because his trial counsel was ineffective. We conclude that Coles failure to order a transcript of the hearing at which he entered his guilty pleas rendered his post-conviction allegations wholly conclusory and the trial courts summary denial a proper exercise of discretion. Therefore, we affirm.
